So you've just received a coupon code for an in-game item? No problem!

First off, if you don't have a Nexon Passport, go ahead and create one. It only takes a few minutes to create and account and validate it. It might also be helpful to download the Mabinogi client, if you don't already have it.

Once you're in game, visit any of the bankers in-game, usually located in a town or settlement. The banks can be located by viewing the map. Bankers will have an option to redeem a coupon.

After clicking Redeem Coupon, a window will come up, allowing you to input a code. Once you correctly enter the coupon code, you will receive your item! Congratulations!
