First, I don't know where else to post. I've been away from the game for over a year and I come back, and when I try to log in it says the account is locked, email billing at billingpp@nexon.net. That was back in January. Its been months and ive sent several emails with no response from them. I cant log into the account to post a ticket, so dont try that RedFlag response with me. I decided to make another account to post on the forums here. YES im emailing them from the email attached to the account. Is there some other email they use or some other way to contact them? I've lost a high level account on both maplestory and mabinogi with thousands of dollars spent on both games.
NO im not posting the account name here, unless theres a good reason. Im sick of waiting MONTHS with no response .
