- Affects : NX Cash Purchase, NX Cash Card Redemption, Cash Shop Purchases, Billing
- Time :   PDT Tuesday, October 6th 10:00 pm ~ October 7th 7:00 am             
                 EST Wednesday, October 7th 1:00 am ~ 10:00 am
