Hello, my fellow Mabinogians!
GM Xakimbo here, with a couple of drawing tutorials for you. If you're anything like me, and enjoy looking at all of the lovely detailed artwork that Mabinogi is brimming with, you may want to try your hand at creating some art of your own. Ever since I was a young lad, I dreamed of the day I could create beautiful works of art to share with the world. But, unfortunately I couldn't draw to save my life. I figured that I would need to practice my whole life in order to bring my dream to fruition.
I started out drawing sticks and twigs, as those are obviously the easiest things to draw. I then moved on to drawing berries. Until one day, when I realized that most of the cool more advanced things I'd always wanted to draw, all contained the basic shapes of the lines (sticks) and circles (berries) I've spent all my time drawing. I decided to try and draw people, by breaking down their image into common shapes. It took some time, but eventually I was creating beautiful works of art by using my simple shapes method.
I will now share my simple method with you, my fellow Mabinogians. I've created two easy to follow tutorials for you to try your hand at. One for my towering Giant friends, and one for the statuesque Elves. In no time at all you'll be able to draw Humans too. You are definitely welcome to try both as well.
